They are still made, in England I believe. I did research on roto tillers a couple of years ago when I was in the process of buying one, plus a friend of mine has an old one. They are a beast, very heavy duty.

A few searches on google should net some dealers through which parts could be ordered.

Nice machine. My uncle has a Howard HR7 Rotavator that's he's run in rocky soil for 7 years with no problems aside from a couple of touch-up welds on the rear gate. I've used it on my Ford 1520 as well. (See pic)

Parts? I'm not sure. The tiller's labeling shows Howard's URL as www.howard.es. As already mentioned, a Google search for "Howard HM 6775" turns up a few places that sell Howard tillers or parts, but I don't see your model number listed. I think Solex Corp. is the U.S. (maybe North American?) distributor for the brand.

Got any pics of your new tiller? :D

I have one as well, mine is a HR8, about a 5 ft cut. I have had to buy some small parts over the years and they don't seam like they are a problem to order. My parts came from a local tractor dealers. Prices weren't to bad. Many dealers seam to carry them, sell them special order, parts the same way. Mine has been a work horse. Have gone through 2 sets of tines, on the third set. If you can get it at a good price, snap it up, you won't regret it. I found mine in a brush pile overgrown where the owner had passed away. Paid $100, cleaned it off and ran it. Only caution I have to pass on is make sure you adjust the slip clutch yearly, this is a safety item, The manuals are available as a part and the procedure for setting the clutch is in the manual. You need this thing to slip if something gets tied up in it.
