If it was advertised wrong.. ( on the sign ).. then would that not make it the correct price?
In this case.. we don't know if it was simply a pump errir or if it really was advertised at the lower price.
i agree.. if it was advertised at 'normal' price and then the pump undercharged.. You owe it. If both the pump and sign are wrong.. then i chalk that up to 'stupid' company owned store or not...
Where I work, the other engineers and myself have a saying.. " stupid is expensive ". We are involved in quite a few projects, and invariable we will see a glaring issue, and point it out that this needs to be changed now.. while on paper.. before money is lost. As is the way of red tape and beaurocracy.. the plan gets implemented.. with the glaring errors.. then we ( get paid ) to go back and fix the design that we informed them they needed to fix in the first place.... thus... 'stupid is expensive'...
