Move these piles of dirt with a BX23/24/25. I don't have a BX, but would like some solicited advice about how to move this dirt.
If you only had the TLB and a rear blade: what would be the best approach to moving this dirt over the hill and making it somewhat level?

If I was moving it I would scoop it up with front bucket and dump it where you want it. Or start pushing it with my front bucket and drive over it to dump it on the other side and then back drag with my front bucket to level it.

I had an area on my property that was a hill, but I needed to make it level to put up a swingset for my daughter. I put a few stakes in the ground on the low side of the hill and wrapped tape around them at the heights that were level with the high side of the hill. The area was only about 14' wide, so to line it up, I used a 16' 2x4 with a level on it. For a longer length, I guess a laser level would have worked.

After I had the markings, I started dumping the dirt, back-dragging it, and compressing it with the loader, starting at the low end of the hill. I just kept repeating this and slowly moving closer to the high side of the hill as the low side got higher. It eventually came out flat enough for the swingset, and my daughter was happy.

To give fair credit, my wife did a good part of this actually. :)

A piece of cake for any BX. Just start at the top and push it over the hill. Once you get the piles down some you can move some of it left and right to fill in the gaps. Back drag with the FEL and if you have a blade use the blade turned backwards and level it out. One good days work a two or three after work sesions should get it done. I find I do a better job if I don't try to move it all at once.

Curious, if you don't have a BX, why is the question specific as to how to do this with a BX TLB and an available grader blade?

Dreaming? Too much time on my hands? Honesty is the best policy?
Sometimes "wants" and "needs" get confused, and right now I haven't decided which category a BX would fit in. So I look at this little landscaping project shown above, and question what category it would fit in.

Keep up with that dreaming. You'll find yourself with thousands less in your bank account, an orange toy in your garage, those piles all gone and yourself looking for more projects....I know first hand.

Is this in English?

Have you thought about renting a BX for a day from your local kubota dealer so you can do what you need to do for the weekend? i am sure that after the rental, you'll have a fair idea of what you want and decide if you like to make the plunge and purchase the ideal size tractor for your needs.:D
