How to replace rear seal Bolens G212

Always buying and selling, I have found an otherwise promising Bolens G212 for sale with a reported leaking rear wheel grease seal. Having never repaired anything like this, I am wondering how hard the job is, and what is involved. Also curious about finding the parts needed.
