how to know which manuel to buy for my ford 4000 industrail (identify modle)

i just got this ford 4000 industrail ,,, i need to work on the power steering and the clutch/tranny. can anyone tell me which shop manuel is for my tractor? there seem to be many different modles of this tractor,, it is a gas 4 cyl ,, thats all i know. bought from an old lady whose husband had died. the steering is super,super hard to turn,, and it wont go into gear unless you turn engine off and crank it up in gear. help! im not finding that much info on google searches. pics included,,,,,,i hope,

it has the numbers 310835 with 3 15 65 under it
