Hi, i'am new to restoring Tractors.I'am having problems getting oil in my tractor, there is a small fitting on the rear of the valve cover, but the hole in it is so small it will take a funnel with a very small end to get the oil in it.The second problem i can't get the fitting out of the valve cover.Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone run in to this problem? The Tractor is a 400 Farmall.

Welcome to TBN. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I had a Farmall 340 and have used several other models over the years. There is usually a 3" vent cap on the side of the engine block. The vent may be rusted onto the tube that is in the block.

Hope this helps.
