Sorry, but I don't think that scenerio, will hold water in my case. Since the date of manufacture on my engine plate is 1999.7 /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

But I am wondering if, I can adjust the governor, to increase the RPM's to get the 2 extra HorsePower's. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
