How much does a backhoe add to the cost?

I'm just curious.
I know it's going to depend on the tractor.. Lets say something between 3616 and 5035.

For the 595 hoe on the 5035, say around 9 grand, including the bucket. Depends on if you get it with the tractor, or have to get the hoe/bucket/and 4pt shiped in on a special load. Probably cost some extra to have the 4pt installed, since the brackets are fairly heavy. The loader braces coming from the loader towers to the back axle have to be removed, and replaced with the new 4pt braces that replace them. Haven't removed mine yet, but I think Brandi said they weren't much fun to take off and replace...pretty heavy. Mahindra mostly sources their backhoes/buckets/4pts from Bradco, which is a well built unit.

One inch thick steel right off a tank is what it is.:laughing: My 511 BH was shipped in on a pallet and my dealer installed it. I had to drop the right frame to remove a sheared bolt.:smiley_aafz: A pain if you don't have the right equipment.:mur:

The BH can come off and the 3PH arms can go back on. I use them twice a year with the brush hog off the PTO.
Backhoe subframes have 4 parts. 2 left on the tractor, left and right sides, and 2 left connected to the backhoe. The subframes are bolted on and together form a 4 point hitch for the backhoe to mount on. The 4 points allow me to remove the backhoe in under than 10 minutes. I take my time and cap all removed lines and make sure the support blocks are in the right spots.
