Price Check How is pricing?

Has there been any dealer or Kubota price increases in the past year? Materials and energy have been firm for a while now and I was wondering if any of that has been passed along yet and can we expect it to continue

REALLY??

I buy building materials from ABC Supply, just recieved a price increase notice in the mail today (threw it out, of course

); I believe it was 6 - 9% depending upon manufacturer for roofing, windows and siding. This increase happens twice a year without fail and is always in the upwards direction.

Maybe tractors are different.

I believe everything is related to the cost of energy, labor, and etc? I think inflation was 2.3% in '07, which relates to the cost of manufacturing and transportation of the products; but supply, demand, and competition must still be factored in also?

If financing is favorable now; that may help in your decision too?

In Calif. the inflation rate may be higher?

Yes, a price increase happened. A vast majority for the increase is due to engine changes to meet emissions standards. New shipping units will have the increase, existing inventory will not.
