Never mind him JPN. He's commenting on your use of all capital letters. An honest mistake I'm sure. He has a lot more seinority on this board than me, but half his posts are insulting, some are just plain mean. He's slung it my way too. You may want to point out to him that his reply is SHOUTING his name D A V E in your face too. I'm sure a well meaning good harted member will answer your post. Your deal sounds good to me!

If this was true, you would think I would have been banned from this site long ago. I admit I am blunt and to the point ... you may consider that mean and insulting. But, you are entitled to your opinion.
Gator (D A V E) - To answer your question that you previously asked of me "Do you know if he is buying or selling?" (I see now you have edited your question to something totally different)
Since the loader is BRAND NEW I'm assuming he's buying. I suppose he could be selling, but only a NH dealer can sell new equipment. I just don't think its a dealer playing games here on TBN, I guess I could be wrong.
Sorry JPN , I know it reads like I'm answering a question that was never asked. Just more of Gatorboys games, or "blutness" as he describes it. I'm sorry your good natured, honest post was highjacked by his insult. I guess I got sucked-up into his world. I know you only need an answer to your question and I will stop typing now. I hope you get some good responses. I assure you my respose is/was intelligent.
Sounds a little high to me but still not bad. Hard to tell as I am a Canadian & of course other parts in the States may have much better prices. I bought a 2001 TC35D just over a year ago (Feb./04) c/w FEL & had 79 hours. I got them to install a set of rear hydraulic valves as part of the deal. I bought the Tractor for $23,700 Canadian. But at the time, the Canadian dollar was getting smoked compared to the American dollar. I think the exchage rate then was approximately 70 cents Canadian to the American dollar. This puts the price 16 months ago at approximately $16,600 American. So maybe this is marginal as I had far fewer hours relatively but you have a new loader. So....probably not a bad deal. Cannot comment on bushhog.
I think that tractor by itself would have sold new in 2001 for about $19,000 with the 17LA. Now, if it has a brand new loader, it probably means that the joystick and loader were installed new by the dealer, so that part of the tractor being new means your price is fair and probably actually a pretty good deal. I'm not sure about the Squealer though. . .
