I have a Mitsubishi 160D that needs hydraulic fluid added due to a leaky line that was replaced. My problem is, I can't figure out where to check or add hydraulic fluid. I bought a service manual, but it doesn't say anything about where to check or add the fluid.

Can somebody help an ignorant fellow out here?

Thanks

if the gearbox and hydraulics share a common oil supply, there is a fill plug located on the side of the tranny, generally somewhere on the side of the gearcase , probably near the operators seat.

tranny should be full up to that plug.

The plug will be on the side of the trans/rear case and will look like a bolt that is just screwed in the case and not doing anything else. Don't know which side.
