I recently broke a hydraulic hose on my backhoe on my GC2310, and lost a bit of fluid.

In case I need to add a bit of fluid, how do I remove the plastic cover to hydraulic/transmission oil-fill-tube, without breaking it?

You just unscrew it, turn it counter clockwise. If its stuck, I would put something over the cap (like a rag) to protect the plastic and gently turn it with pliers or something similar.
