How do I check mag coil & condenser?

Roto-Hoe 800,,,,no spark, I have removed the flywheel & cleaned the magnets & stator laminations ,cleaned the points,checked gap, changed the spark plug, NO Spark!!
How do I check the Coil & condenser? It has NO kill switch{ mag ground}.

First thing I would do is put a new set of points and a new condensor in it. Condensors fail.
