I posted about a month ago a problem that I had of my Deere stalling as I engaged the drive. The suggestion was that the safety switches under the seat were freezing up. Well, it happened again tonight so what to do? Somehow, I had to get heat onto the switches. the solution was to wrap a hot water bottle in a towel and leave on top of the switch. Worked like a dream and she moved first time. Meanwhile, the wife thought I had totally lost it.

It may be possible to put in a very small heater fan to keep the switch warm so it wont freeze up. hope this helps

Would pouring a little alcohol or spraying with an electrical cleaner help get rid of the moisture that is causing the problem?:D
