Honda Ridgeline Pickup anyone?

I saw a new Ridgeline today...

Have to say it looks well thought out and I liked it.

The 5k towing is a major drawback but if you don't need to tow more or have a larger tow vehicle it could be just the ticket with 280hp.

I have be a fan of Toyota reliability for a longtime but the aggressive styling is not to my taste.

Anyone have a new Ridgeline and care to share impressions?

I like them, but IIRC, they are built on a car type unitized body??? Not much for towing.

It's based on the Pilot which is a very nice, very refined, reliable vehicle. I know some folks with a Ridgeline that tow their travel trailer with it. They absolutely love it.

My daughter has a new Pilot and loves it too. Lots of power, great mileage, very modern, user friendly and very good suspension.

There is nothing wrong with towing with a unibody as long as you, as with anything else, stay within the specs. Looks are subjective and have nothing to do with quality. Hondas are extremely reliable.
