It started and ran great after I put the new combination relay in. However, I too experienced the engine dying while mowing a couple of weeks later when mowing on a slope. It restarted okay on level ground. What I found was some debris in the gas tank choking off the outlet. It's worked fine ever since I cleaned out the tank.
