Local craigslist add. 8 foot "blade", cat II, very heavy, $100. I have no idea if the blade would really be worth much. But for a ballast, hitch, and maybe even the rippers/blade for cleaning up some timber bottom after hitting with the bush hog. Worst case, scrap metal... Any thoughts on how functional this might be?

i would label it more like a "land scrapper / grader scrapper / leveler" most likely used for gravel driveways. 100 bucks sounds like a good deal. just for the scraficer teeth on it that you can drop to help rip up hard compacted dirt say on a dirt road on your property or perhaps gravel drive.

i would say go for it. though guessing at 100 bucks it is already gone.

Looks like a handy tool for drive maintenance or arena maintenance, or leveling already loosened topsoil.

But it dont look that heavy duty to me. Quite a bit of angle iron sticking out each side with only 1 bolt (where its adjusted). I can see that twisting or bending pretty easy, or breaking that bolt, if caught on something.

But for $100, id probably buy it.
