For me in almost every way Home depot is better than Linens n things. Except for one. A couple of weeks ago my wife draged me to Linens n things and there is no doubt that the people there are better looking. I do recomend that you wear your dark glasses so that when your wife asks you "honey do you like that ? " and you say "ummmm nice" It won't be so obvious that you arn't even looking at the placemats.:D :D :D Also watch your step. I'd hate for you to walk into the glass display while you are "looking around":D :D :D

Intersting. I've never been to a linins place. Never even thought about it. Besides the eye candy, what do they sell there? hahahaha

In the four years I've lived in Tyler, I've only been to the mall twice. Both times was to go to Sears. Once for kicks I walked through the place to see what it's like.

If your wife wants you to take her to "Victoria's Secret", it's best to just agree rather than leaping to your feet and running to the car. And bring the dark glasses there too!

Linens & Things also carries kitchen gargets and such. Some of that stuff I actually can find uses for.

Before I got married, I would have done anything for my wife. Anything.

Now, after 16 years, I think back to before and realize that I would be better off doing anything for her. She was hard to find and I will try hard to keep her. I like her too much.

Bottom line, my wife wants me to go to a store i don't like, I go.

Heck, I don't mind going to any store. Staying there all day is another matter. I don't even like to hang around the "good" stores any longer than needed to get what I came for. That, I think, may be one of the defining differences between the sexes.

All day?? No one said all day! Cripes, that would kill me. My wife is kind enough to never do that. Thirty minutes tops. All day? I would rather die than all day. That is just cruel and inhuman.

I've been thinking about this all day. Are linens an expensive version of bed sheets?? hahahaha

Exactly. I'll go to Linens and Things or Bed Bath and Beyond or Pier One or just about anywhere. Just don't ask me to stay longer than about 20 minutes :)
