Is there a standard? What is it?

My NH 68" bucket currently is 9.25"oc, I'm assuming it is actually metric?

The cutting edge will be a future add-on to the snow pushers I am building, so being able to drill the holes now before welding in a spacing widely available would be much easier.

My Case 580K 63hp has an 81" bucket with a replaceable cutting edge having ten bolts spaced 8.0" apart.
I would look around and determine which cutting edge that you want to use. It's probably predrilled.

12" is what I've seen on most blades, with sometimes the outer two located at 6" spacing.

Thanks for the help guys. I ended up going with a 6*12 spacing because it matched a common, cheap, snowplow edge.

Thanks for the link, it explained the hole spacing well for future reference.
