So, I am doing a little reno - putting in a half bath under the stairs. Pick up the supplies on September 14, 2011, start on September 15, 2011. Just removed a section of wall to install shelving... found newspaper dated - SEPTEMBER 15, 1926... too scary!!!!!

This was at the base of the wall behind the fireplace/bake oven - too cool!

PS: my buddy took down an old cape for clients many years ago. Found substantial cash in the cellar rock wall - 15+K.
Halted project and contacted clients. They split it with him in the end... ya never know.
