Hinomoto 2304d shuddering noisy hydraulics

Question to Hinimoto devotees , im still learning hydraulic layout on my 2304d hinomoto tractor. I have F.E.L attached.. I have noticed rather noisy and shuddering and slow hydraulics when operating. Oil level is OK and about 30hrs old. I have had suggested that I may need to clean filter screen or screens ,trouble is where do I find them or what I should be looking for. Do I have to dump all my hydro oil and how to go about this. Also probably an age old question is would a service manual in English be available anywhere ??? I have herd the massey ferguson 1030 is very similar and available . Any help would be greatly appreciated . Im amazed with the technical and informed chat on line. Hope someone can help me

I know nothing about a Hinomoto except they're built in Japan Most sump screens are located close to the bottom and require the oil to be drained to access them.
