Hi usshope. Can you tell us why you chose your user name? Were you stationed aboard the USS Hope (AH-7)? How about the USS Consolation (AH-15)? The Consolation was operated as the SS Hope and sold for scrap in 1975 when I was working as Assistant Disposal Officer for the Naval Inactive Ship Facility in Philadelphia, PA.
