New to me TC40DA. Now it's 9 hours old and muddy. I had a ball today. More photos to follow. I hate to think what trouble I could have been in as a child had I known destroying things is so much fun.

Are your photos to large? You may have to resize them.

Your picture is too large.
If you want to display a picture on TBN as an image it must be stored on a server. The preferred way to display at pictures on TBN is to attach it as an attachment. When displaying pictures as an image it will be very slow loading on a Dial-up.
