Help with Same Minitauro 60 4Wd, Problem with gear

I've bought an Same Minitauro 60, 1977 year.

There is a couple of problems.

Nr.1 The Highest gear doesn't work, so it only runs in Max 17km/h. When i put the highest gear in, it just drops off again.

Nr.2 Can't turn on the PTO without shutting down the engine, then put in the coupling control, and then try to start the engine again

Any tips and help are very welcome!

Just wanted to let you know, We aren't ignoring you. This is a mostly US site and very few here have ever heard of SAME let alone ever worked on one.

I know these were sold in the US at one time but I've only ever seen one. This one has an aircooled diesel engine. Parts seem to be getting hard to find in the US.

I have SAME mercury 85 4wheel drive, I rebuilt it top to bottom . all of the parts are ready available 2-3 days. as far as your problems, sounds to me is the pto clutch is'nt working. and your shifting problem might be in your top cover on your transmission, shifter forks wore out or bent, or more major. my has a 4 speed main, 3 range aux, plus a direction reverser. most of the parts came from the main SAME dealer in wisconson,I don't have the dealer # I went through my local dealer. he has sold over 50 tractors since the 80's.
if you can't get in touch with a dealer I can give you the # of my dealer. I live in vermont .
