I have had this tractor for a few years. Now I have oil coming out the dipstick even when not running. I have changed oil and filter and it is not overfilled. Any ideas?

check your hydraulic oil level. If it is low you may have a blown seal in the pump.

If you have oil coming out the dipstick tube with the engine shut off, then your oil level in the block has to be higher then top of the dipstick tube.Does the oil stop coming out shortly after you shut it off ? If so ,what is happening is your engine is building up to much crankcase pressure and forceing the oil out.If there is a crankcase breather it must be plugged.Try running it with the oil filler cap on the valve cover loose or off and see if that stops it.Most times to much crankcase pressure is caused by bad piston ring seal (to much blowby),lets hope its only a pluged breater,re-ringing can be expensive. How much oil is your engine burning,is it hard to start and do you get blue smoke
out the exhust when under load. Keep us informed
