JD 870
Last fall, after I took a break, went back to start tractor and it was dead. I was able to jump start it at the starter and drive it home. The starter was original and it dragged horribly, so I replaced it. The key switch was very loose, had to hold it with one hand and start it with the other, so I replaced it. It still has no power, the dash lights won't even come on, any ideas?

Sounds like you are not getting any power to the wiring harness threw the ignition switch. I would look for any loose connections. Sometimes the wires pull out of the plastic plug and loose contact. I might even be rodent damage, looked for chewed wires. Its going to be a trial and error to see whats getting power and whats not.
