HELP! - Where can I buy parts for a B7100 ???

I have a B7100 that is my first Kubota. It is a 1978 0r 1979 4WD stick shift with FEL and Gannon. It has been rode hard and put up wet! I'd like to do a restoration, but can't seem to get any help from the Neanderthals at the local dealership. They say it's a grey market tractor, even though Kubota USA says it's not??? Kubota even authorized the ROPS discount program for my tractor and sent an email on that to that same dealer.

Does anyone know where I can buy parts for my B7100?

There are several good web vendors that are high rated here on TBN such as: Messick's | Dealer for New Holland, Case IH, Kubota, Cub Cadet and More | Online Parts, Sales & Service. or here TractorSmart home page

If you dont have a parts manual then go to tractorsmart>parts tab>fill out the form and they will send you a pdf parts manual download link and that should get you started. Hope it helps and have fun.

What is this "put away wet?" Is that what it literally means? It's all rusted or something?

Thanks to Dex3361 for the leads. Between Messick's and Tractorsmart, I found everything!

My local dealer even came up with a bunch (at about 1/3 higher prices!). To argeaux.... "rode hard and put up wet" is an old cowboy phrase meaning a horse was ridden to a heavy sweat and put away without grooming it properly.

I don't know what the local dealer tells you, but I went to a kubota-new holland dealer and they acted the same, but I went to a strictly kubota dealer and they had no trouble at all getting my parts, and the way you describe your tractor it must be the brother to mine.

I can get most any part for my 1977 B7100 at my Kubota dealer too. Sounds like you talked to a new or numb parts man. I have lots of pdf manuals, I could try to e-mail them to you.

What model loader do you have, mine is the B219. I have the manual for that too.

The B7100 is a mule, I love mine, especially now I converted it to power steering. You will get a LOT of work out of it.
