My father and I went in together on a Bobcat to get a few projects done on our properties and now the project list is getting whittled down enough we are thinking about parting with it. Was in hopes I could get some help here setting a price.

Bobcat 753 (2003 or 2004) - 302 hours, YES original hours. Not even broke in according to some.
Bobcat 709 Backhoe - Probably less than 50 hours with paint still on the bucket
Foam filled tires
Factory Cab w/Heat but does NOT have A/C
Standard loader bucket with very little wear and a new set of bucket teeth and hardware that were never installed.
18ft steel deck 7000lb dovetail trailer, new tires, electric brakes

Everything works great and is very good/great shape. New units are priced crazy and finding a used unit with this few hours is next to impossible so I am having trouble pricing it. I was thinking $23,500 for all. Any thoughts?

I think you have it priced very good to be honest. I wouldn't move below $23 if I were you and they'd really have to do some convincing for me to come off the asking price you have now. The low hours, trailer and attachments are your strong selling points. If I hadn't gone in halves with a friend to buy a CAT recently you'd be hearing from me about this unit.

Thanks for the input/feedback. That drive to SC would have been way too long! :) Hoping a few others in the midwest region might chime in.

I have an older 753 with 2500 hrs that I bought for $9K, which was a good deal. Same specs as yours with two buckets and no backhoe. Separately I see your equipment in the range of:
machine - $14,000
backhoe - $5,000
trailer - $2,500

Personally, I'd set the asking price at $23.5K and take no less than $21.5K but it also depends on what you have into it.

Thanks for the good feedback. I am hoping to see a little more out of the Bobcat unit itself with the low hours. I see on MachineryTrader 753s going from 9k-17k and none of them are under 1000hrs.

That machine is worth more than 14k! You just have to find a buyer, which can be the hard part. You may be best parting out the package.

I did not have any problem finding a buyer. Sold for my asking price in a couple days. :)

Thank you all for the input.
