Help posting picture

It just happened again. I attempted to attach a picture to a post and the progress bar moves across the field and gets to the end and then it seems to get caught in a loop? and the bar "jumps" every few seconds and just stays in place. After waiting for three minutes this time I gave up and stopped the attempted post. The other time a similar thing happened but it did finally post however the picture would not load for viewing from the post. That was one I attempted to lighten and repost showing a beautiful fir tree.

Thank you for assistance in getting this problem solved. I have posted pictures in the past with NO problem.
