In the market for a tractor and there's a 2010 L4240 HST open station, LA 854 fel, 351 hours. Where would you guys value this tractor?

Seeing as it's a pre-Tier 4 tractor (and depending on how rough it's been used), you're probably looking at prime dollars. Perhaps a few thousand less than what the seller paid for it, but not much.

I'd say a good price is $20,000 to $22,000. It probably sold for about $28,000 new? I think I paid $24,000 for my 3940 with the same configuration around 2008. It has low hours. Was it only driven by grandma on Sundays to church?

The tractor is super clean, it was and older gentlemens who passed away.

With such low hours, it's probably never even had its hydraulic oil changed. It could be essentially a new machine if the tires aren't sun cracked! Buy it, change the fluids/filters, and enjoy it for the next 20 years.
