Help me identify this JD corn planter - sorry no pics.

I picked up an old JD corn planter for one hundred dollars. It works fine. It attaches to a cultivator, and NOT a tool bar. I have no idea what the model number is...Cananyone help? Thanks.

OK, found some writing on the side that says "23-C"....googled it and didn't find anything....any one know about this? when made, how could I use it with 3 pt hitch, whether parts available? Thanks.
