Help Identifying our Tractor please MF 40 ?

A strange request but i know very little about the Massey Ferguson range. We have owned an Ex Military Industrial tractor since 1995. Purchased directly from the MOD (so no registration plates as we never licenced it). It has a plate stamp serial number MF40 865096. I have tried my best to research the serial number for the make, model and age. We believe it could well be a 1969 model as it still has a dynamo fitted. The tractor would have been used as a fork lift with a rear ballast box to load ammunition we believe. I will happily post pictures of the tractor if this helps. Please let me know what parts you want to see to identify. A few MF fans have looked at it but no one has actually been able to clearly identify it. So if you can help i would be greatful as i wish to sell it soon and want to be as accurate as possible with my information. I am based in the UK somerset. Regards Andrew
