help identify this Rotary Cutter/Shredder

Hi,

Hope sombody can help me identify this rotary cutter/shredder. The name plate is missing so no help there. I can see where it was riveted on but not anymore. The bottom seal leaks gear oil, as soon as i pour it in and start the pto, it starts slingen it out. I have tried fillen er with grease and it last longer but when it gets hot it slings it out too. Any help would is greatly appreciated.
