Help ID Implement

Hello, this is my first post here and wanted to see if anyone could help ID the implement I have. I am pretty sure it is a cultivator, but cannot find a model similar on the internet. I have the front pair (damaged) & 2 pt hitch. Plus some parts that came in a couple pickle barrels. Thinking I am missing some parts...

Have a '55 Farmall 200 w/o PTO or belt drive

The first pic you linked has it with the wide flat piece pointing up. I got it wrong side. Thanks!

The toolbar is for the back cultivator. The side mount is for a c220 fromt mount 2 row corn planter. I have planted many acres with that model planter they worked GREAT!
