Greetings to all on this forum. I am an upstate NY real estate appraiser involved in appraising all types of properties. With my wife we own around 68 acres of crop and woodland in the heart of the Fingerlakes Region. We presently rent most of this land to a farmer for crops. Our aspiration is to one day build a pole barn on our property and start a fruit and hops farm. To do this I hope to gain insite frome experineced farmers in this forum community/ Thank you.
