I just joined and have a 1993 Kubota B2150D that I purchased used in 2010. I bought this tractor mainly for transportation thru some acreage we have on Burnt Mountain near Ellijay, Ga as I can't walk the steep hills much any more. I think it had about 550 hours on it in 2010. It has turf tires and ag tires would be better, but the few times I have hauled it up to the mountains, it did pretty well with water in the tires. I bolted a box made out of 60 year old 2 x 6 oak to the front frame that serves as a tool box, weight box, and strong bumper as when driving off old rutted logging roads and thru the woods it will push down all the small brush and trees to get me around. I also added a sort of rumble seat and carry box on a 3 point hitch platform carrier frame. I have also used it to do a little grading with a 6 foot fairly heavy duty scrape blade at my home in Marietta, GA. This blade may be a little too heavy as I usually use it on a 1964 Ford 4000 that I inherited from my father-in-law several years ago. I sort of refurbished it in 2011. I am sure I will need a lot of advice with the Kubota diesel.
