Hello from North Central US! Burrrr! -23 degrees

Hey all,

New member from North Central US. It's kinda chilly up here, right now its -23 degrees. If it hits zero tomorrow we are having a cookout on the deck!
Just bought a little skidder, and after a night of minor carb repair, and fuel issues, my little Hydra-Mac 8B started right up this morning, even in that cold! Come to think of it, my truck did not start as easy.. hmmm.. Might have to drive the skidder to work tomorrow. I could see the look on my bosses face when I pull up 3 hours late in a skidsteer. Come to think about it, he would probably just smile and think, "well that's not the dumbest thing I've seen him do..."

Gnight all, I'm going to go dream about my new little skidsteer. =)

My son is up there in New Town ND, working in the oil fields. He came home, to Florida, for a three week vacation in November. Day after he got back to work, called and said it was-19. n Think he misses home?
