Mowing height adjustment on kioti rear finish mower

I just purchased a used kioti 72 inch rear finish mower - the kioti web site says it is height adjustable. Do I just move the spacers on the wheel pins to make my adjustments?. There are several different size "spacers" - one large one on the bottom side and 2 smaller ones below the lych pin. I am assuming I just move these around to get the propper height for mowing? Am I correct?
