Heater shut-off and radiator drain DK55C

Can anybody help me find the heater shut-off valve and the radiator drain on my DK55C? I see where they are supposed to be in the manual and I can't find them on the tractor.

The hoses come out of the bottom of the cab on the right hand side or passenger side of the tractor follow up by the frame 1 goes on top by the valve cover the other along side the frame to the front of the engine. Valves are there.

I'm really beginning to think someone has replaced the hose and removed the valve. Is there a way to drain the radiator without removing the hose?
