...wondering if B8200 HST 4WD could pull a fully loaded hay wagon across fields or do you think it might spin and bog down...
Well Alex... you hooked me... /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
To put things in perspective... I'll give you my take on a likely scenerio...
Your B8200 is about the same weight as a BX2200...
if you were hooked up to a hay wagon loaded with hay weighing a few tons and facing downhill... I'm sure it (everything- tractor and all) would start rolling.../w3tcompact/icons/blush.gif
Now, after a few moments with a little momentum... the hay wagon will be passing the tractor... then dragging the tractor behind... (you've heard of the tail wagging the dog...)
Now, the driver had better be ready to leap or go with a rolling tractor down the hill...
This is another reason for the bulk weight of a larger utility tractor used in haying... besides the greater PTO hp aspect...
So Alex... when do you start haying with your B8200...? /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif
