Has anyone tried one of these seats?

B2601, the tractor is great, the seat is terrible. It leans forward, is absurdly hot, actually leans slightly to the left because of the spring setup. The seat belt is mounted to the frame so every time the suspension goes up and down the belt tightens, and its not really a bad thing but there is no padding at all.

How they get something so basic so wrong is baffling.

So, new seat is in order.

I only put about a hundred hours a year on the machine but also have some lower back problems. Its used for everything from fields to woods to construction. I don't want to spend the $1k plus on the air ride Grammer I know would be great. That's implement money! Anyone found a happy middle ground with a mechanical suspension seat? There are at least three generic vendors on Amazon and more on eBay selling the seat above. Looks decent to me but wanted to know if anyone had laid hands on one.

Well seeing how they are advertising a seat, but everything in the description talks about a table think I’d pass.

If you want a real comfortable seat go with a grammar air ride. They aren’t cheap but well worth it.

A few companies sell just the air ride base for your current seat for around 400.

Yeah that description is a bit of a red flag.

One idea a while back on here was to remove all springs for the seat and then use a 8in 2 wheel dolly tires tube and is that as an air bag instead of springs.

If I were going to replace a seat with a good suspension seat , I’d definitely go air ride.
