Has anyone here installed the creep kit themselves on a Kubota M series tractor and what did the kit cost?

Thanks in advance.

I'm interested in this too. Hopefully someone will have info.

What model M-series? Some are easier than others. Some are quite difficult and even though they are a cassette style bolt-on, they can take several tries to get things lined up properly. I have watched my most experienced techs fight them and I have too.

Just out of curiosity, why would you need it? I just purchased the same tractor.

I have round bales of hay and I grind it as it's being placed in the feed bunk rows. I need the slow speeds the creep will produce.

By the way, how do you like 7060? This is my first Kubota - the rest are John Deere. I bought the Kubota since the local JD Dealership was taken over by the owner's children and they seem to think that service isn't profitable!

I don't have the M7060 yet. Just bought it at the end of Dec and it's being prepped for delivery. I traded an MX5100 for it which I had for 5 years. No problems in that time. Kubota CUT's are known for being a little light, but other than that, I was satisfied with it. I just was ready to move to a cab tractor and I doubled my cutter capacity from a 6' cutter to a 12' batwing Bush Hog. I'm keeping the L3540 for smaller work. I like the open station for moving around in the woods too.

That's an excellent example of need for "creep".

Following.....local dealer wants $700 for parts and $750 labor. It would be nice for offloading pallets, but I don't know if it is $1500 nice.
