Has anyone ever dealt with Acme Equipment in Grand Forks, North Dakota?

Order some parts from them and it seems I'm getting the run around now. Order a set of rear remotes they had listed on TractorHouse and paid for them that day, now I'm getting one reason after the other way they haven't shipped them. Just wondering if I make a mistake ordering from them.

Is this part of Acme Tool? They are Amazon now. They got bought out in the late 90's by Amazon. Were and still are known for good service, but that assumes we are talking about the same place...

I believe it's all the same place. Since ordering from them I've been getting emails from Acme Tools. I got a super good price on them but it just seems now that they got there money no ones doing what they said would be done. I'm sure it will be all ok, but sure which I had my parts like I was told.

Purchased a Honda lawnmower from them in March, took a month to ship! Called every week they said waiting for Honda to ship them the mower, I would have cancelled the order, but it was a great price, so I waited. Just wish I knew when ordering the item was not in stock. I feel your pain.
