Got a 2006 B7610 with under 400 hrs.on clock. When cold it starts pretty good after 3-4 sec.on the glow plugs. After you run it awhile it will have to sit a good while before it will start. When you turn off engine you don't hear the click after a few seconds.I can't remember what the click sound is doing?I know it wont start until the thing that clicks,click...Make any sense?
I need to get it back to where I can restart at will...

The click sound is the fuel shutoff solinoid, I'm not sure but I didn't think the 7510 had the delayed solinoid. My 2620 is the newer version and uses a solinoid that works by cutting power for shutdown so it doesn't have the delay. My dad's bx has the delayed solinoid that powers the solinoid for shutdown with a delay timer.

Is the tractor turning over and just won't start or is it not even cranking?

Look at the stop solenoid (sticking) and the timer relay for it.

Tractor turns over fine.Starts good cold.Is the fuel shutoff solenoid hard to replace? Thanks

If it's the one that uses a time delay they are easier to clean and lube, the type that use power to run usually just get replaced.
If I shut my tractor off and turn the key to on so I can use my lights for any length of time the stop solinoid will stay open and won't start easily. I belive it's due to the fuel draining back and the fuel pump losing its prime.

How do you tell if you have the one that can be cleaned and lubed?Any youtube or videos on this?I looked but couldn't find any.
I used it today to mow.I cycled the glow plug 3-4 sec.,started right up.On mine, you turn key on you hear a click.turn key off you hear a click.Sounds like a relay click. But when you shut it off after running you don't hear the click 4-5 sec. after engine stops. My tractor never runs hot, hardly ever gets above the C on gauge...Thanks

It doesn't sound like you have the time delay shutdown.
You should be able to remove the solinoid and check pintel operation.

I'll try to get a picture of the location on mine today.

Here's pictures of the newer type without the timer. I don't believe you can open them up. 1474674387366.jpg

And a ref on location
