Last week I ordered a quick hitch, and an one other item over the phone because I could not order online. It used to be that after I got the conformatin order I would get the tracking # when they shipped. I called "customer service" yesterday during the "PST" hours, and talked to some one offshore and was given bad tracking #'s for my shipments. I don't know what is going in, but it seems that there IT department is going down hill.
I still don't know what day the quick hitch is going to get here, and with the weight, don't know if the Fedex driver will just drop it off in the driveway or if I will have to drive 60 miles to their depot to pick it up. Just a little Pissed off rant.
