I have owned my TC40D for about 1yr now and can say other than an occasional sticky part or loose wire, this is one tough tractor. I have cleared six acres of land ( not brush, TREES), spread lots of dirt and bushhoged lots of thick stuff. When I see the posts from people that are unhappy with their purchase (must have been built on a friday)/w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif, I do feel bad for them. In my opinion you get quite a bit of bang for your buck with this tractor!

Welcome aboard Fishmonger!

I've had my TC 40D since March and I /w3tcompact/icons/love.gif it. No problems so far. I just came in from bush hogging with it. It purred right along through brush taller than the hood.

I’ve had my 40D, FEL w/tooth bar and boxblade for two months. It has performed beyond my expectations. I’ve been removing palm trees and palmettos (I live in south Florida) with no problems so far and almost 40 hours. It seems to be one tough little tractor.
