guidelines for by-laws?

Does anyone know of any guidelines for organization by-laws? I am reading "Robert's Rules of Order" right now, which provides a wealth of data on running a meeting for an organization. But, it does not offer anything about by-laws.

I am going to search the web too, but hoped with the wealth of knowledge on this board, someone might know/w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif
