I've never seen one of those. The hole in the pliers has to do something with what you are crimping. I am curious. But don't let the cat out of the bag, yet. I want to see what other folks say.
It looks like a device to make a hole in the copper tubing stub on a compressor to solder in a valve and the other part crimps the tubing after so it can be soldered back after you remove the valve.
This is bugging me BlueRiver, I can't think what the half circle and matching side are for just behind the jaw section. They look like they act as a stop for the punch that goes into the hole.
