Growing your tobacco

I have mean interests and one of the things i have always had an interest in is growing my tobacco. As I use Skoal (yes I know) I enjoy tobacco to include a good Cuban cigar every now and then. Was thinking it would be nice to try this as a garden project. Anyone have any experience in cultivating their own tobacco and could share some tips or insight into it? I already have a seed source for quality seed. Looking forward to sitting out in the evenings and having a homebrew (another passion) and enjoying some tobac I grew myself.

Are you sure you have the soil for it.
I could send you some good eastern Virginia soil or some NC piedmont soil.
A friend of mine has a Molins Mark 10 rolling machine he can sell you. Of course 10 thousand cigaretts a minute is going to fill the barn quickly.
