The 4035 has the same 120 loader, and I think the design trade off for getting a 35 or 40 hp tractor with ~4100lbs of break out force is that the loader brackets need to be lower for the necessary lifting leverage. They also have to clear the gas tank which is under the operators platform. Looking at some other tractor designs, their underside is a little cleaner with loaders brackets that are more slender and tighter to the bottom of the tractor, but you give up some loader capacity. I'm not really worry about hitting something with the loader brackets, but the 4035 is a few inches higher. My concern has been getting the hydraulic lines tucked up inside the loader frame, though if my ground clearance was 9-10 inches I would be hung up on logs all the time.
John Deere is about the only manufacturer that still integrates the loader bracket into the front of the tractor frame. It is a unique design that frees up the ground clearance and provides a built in bumper and protection around the front. Some older tractors use this design, including yanmar, but I don't know why the design seems to have fallen out of favor other than it must cost more and/or may be it makes the engine service more difficult.
